Guidelines for Inclusion in the Lane Senior Guide:
The Lane Senior Guide (The Guide) is intended as a resource for programs and services that support and enhance the health, safety, and quality of life for older adults in the community. Inclusion in The Guide is at the sole discretion of The Bowlin-Johannes Group. Those services or programs listed must comply with regulatory agencies for all categories submitted, and with the listing criteria outlined below.
Listings in The Guide are limited to descriptive text of 40 words, excluding headings, sub-headings, and contact points (addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers, websites, open hours and e-mail addresses).
The Guide reserves the right to edit submitted listings for space and/or content and to exclude any program, service, or business that submits listing information that is misleading, misrepresentative, not factual, or inappropriate. Listings are in alphabetical order and are placed under the heading and subheading that best reflect the service provided, as determined by The Guide. Placement under multiple headings is at the sole discretion of The Guide and is based on the range of services and programs offered by the listed company or organization.
Inclusion of a service in The Guide does not constitute or imply endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of quality by The Guide or any associated entity. Omission of a listing does not indicate disapproval or criticism. Information included was accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication; however, The Guide makes no warranties or representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information.
The Guide shall not be held responsible for errors, omissions, or changes in service information, nor for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from the use of the directory. Users are encouraged to independently verify all information before making decisions based on listings. Submission of a listing indicates agreement to these terms.
Obtaining a Print Copy of the Lane Senior Guide:
Because contact numbers and addresses change, users of The Guide are encouraged to contact each location prior to visiting to confirm open hours and availability of The Guide on premises.
Changes to the online version of The Guide are ongoing. A new print edition is published and distributed annually in April. Visit the Find Print Copies page for a list of locations where The Guide is available.
