The Coordinator is available for education and home visits with the caregiver and person living with ALS. We loan home medical equipment and communication devices. A monthly support group for persons and their family members meets on the 2nd Wed of each month. Call for time and location.

We provide support, education, training and other resources to increase knowledge and to support those facing Alzheimer's disease and other dementias. Care consultation is available by telephone through our 24/7 Helpline. We are here to help.

We have student internship and office volunteer opportunities. No experience required. CASA recruits, trains, & supports volunteers who stand up for kids in foster care. The trained volunteer advocates for their best interests in court and the community, making sure they are safe and supported.

Volunteers are an integral part of our Hospice Family. No experience is required. Volunteers receive free, intensive hospice training so they can provide emotional support and assistance to patients and their caregivers. Ongoing support is available to all volunteers. Our goal is to help patients have a full life.

We have counselors skilled in working with older adults. Counselors can help with issues you may be feeling including: building resilience and wellness, coping with illness, grief and loss, change and transition, depression and anxiety, family and self-care. Please call for availability.

We provide individual mental health counseling on a sliding fee scale of $5-$40/session. $20 intake fee. We don't take OHP or other insurance. Appointments available 5 days/wk; Call for a phone screening. All via Telehealth, until further notice. We also offer a "Grandparents Raising Grandchildren" Support Group.
