Eugene Downtown Library sponsors a free notary service the first Tuesday of each month from 10:30am-11:30am. Advanced registration is required, limit of 2 documents per person; must have valid government-issued ID, and bring in own witnesses. Three spots available each 30 minutes.

Library provides four computers for patron use with printing available. To request homebound delivery, contact the library via email.

Free library of 100,000 books and magazines in audio and Braille for anyone unable to read standard print because of visual or physical impairment. The necessary equipment is also provided free, including a special audio book player. Materials are sent by mail; no postage required. Books are also downloadable.

County residents outside city limits: $100 fee per year; Six months - $50; and three months - $25. People living outside Springfield city limits can purchase digital cards to access online resources and public computers for $60/year or $5/month.
