By learning self-management skills and how the body reacts to food, exercise, diabetes medication, and insulin, individuals will gain control of blood glucose and develop a healthier lifestyle.

Volunteers are an integral part of our Hospice Family. No experience is required. Volunteers receive free, intensive hospice training so they can provide emotional support and assistance to patients and their caregivers. Ongoing support is available to all volunteers.
